  • First, choose your 7-inch or 12-inch Forever Frame. Then select an Art Collection or Quote Collection. Simply slide an insert into the opening at the top of the frame, display it, and switch it whenever you’re ready for a fresh look—no tools or assembly required.

  • Forever Frames are currently available in 7-inch and 12-inch sizes. An 18-inch frame is planned for a future collection.

    Each Small or Large Frame Set includes one frame and two double-sided inserts with four seasonal designs. Choose the Art Collection or Quote Collection. The Ultimate Bundle includes both frame sizes, four double-sided inserts, and all eight Art and Quote designs.

  • Yes! Once you own a Forever Frame, you can refresh it with new insert collections without purchasing another frame. Just make sure to select the insert size that matches your frame. New seasonal collections will be released as they become available.

  • The new inserts are designed to fit original 7-inch and 12-inch Forever Frames. Because older handmade frames may vary slightly, please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure which size you have.

  • The first collection will be available during a limited preorder period. Once preorders close in mid-October, production and fulfillment are expected to take approximately six to eight weeks. Orders are expected to arrive around mid-December, and we’ll email you with updates along the way.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days and include photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

    Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
